All Catering Orders Come in Disposable Trays or Aluminum Pans Based Upon What Is Ordered. The Shanty Does Not Provide Chafers Or Serving Utensils, But Would Be Happy To Provide You Names of Local Vendors That Can Rent Them To You For Your Private Event.

Catering Orders Must Be Submitted A Minimum of 3 Days Prior To Actual Event Date To Guarantee All Product Availability. If Order Submitted With Less Than 3 Days Notification, We Can Not Guarantee All Items Are Available.
