Through the guidance and instruction of a Shanty chef and Shanty bartender, guests will learn to prepare a custom-made cocktail, appetizer and entree from scratch and get to enjoy their creations after preparing them. The Shanty’s Private Corporate Cooking Classes are great for team building and group interaction. Each guest will be provided with a chef’s apron, chef’s hat, towel, propane burner, knife, cutting board, sauté pan and all other cooking and cocktail utensils needed to prepare all the ingredients supplied through the duration of the class. Each guest will also be gifted a 500ml bottle of Lonely Olive Tree Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cook with and take home. If less than 25 guests are in attendance, $3,125 will be charged to meet the 25 guest minimum.
